Payment processors such as Waffo Pancake process card information directly; we do not store complete card numbers on our servers. We do not use your private input or output images to train public AI models without your explicit permission.

We retain personal information and image data while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Generated images can be deleted from your Dashboard.

We use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible to understand traffic, diagnose usability issues, and improve the website.

ImagiStudio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and related personal data, restriction of or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, and a portable copy of eligible data.
