Each plan gives you access to AI image generation, practical photo tools, and curated style workflows. As you move up, you get more credits, more flexibility, and a smoother experience for frequent creation.

Credits are used each time you generate or edit an image. The amount depends on the model you choose, the number of outputs, and the type of task you run.

A credit pack is a one-time purchase, so you can buy credits only when you need them with no recurring charges. You can also buy a credit pack without a subscription. A subscription is a monthly or yearly plan that includes ongoing access, bonus credits, and automatic renewal until you decide to cancel.

You can manage your subscription anytime in the Billing & Subscription section of your account. From there, you can review your current plan, cancel your subscription, or switch to another plan. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. Upgrades may take effect right away with prorated charges, while downgrades usually begin with your next billing cycle.

Monthly-to-monthly and yearly-to-yearly upgrades take effect after you pay the prorated difference for the remaining time in your current billing period and confirm the subscription change with PayPal. We also grant only the prorated credit difference for that remaining period. Monthly-to-yearly upgrades start a new yearly period right away: you pay the yearly price minus the unused money value of your current monthly period, and we grant yearly delta credits after deducting the larger of your actual remaining monthly subscription credits or the time-based monthly credits still left in the period. Downgrades are not self-serve yet and should be arranged for the next billing cycle through support.

If you run out of credits, you can wait for your next billing cycle, purchase additional credit packs, or upgrade your subscription to receive more included credits right away. Yearly plans are especially useful for heavier usage because they include a larger annual credit pool, with up to 3x the monthly plan credits available to use in each subscription month. Purchased credit packs stay valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, so you can use them during that period. Your account and previous work will still be there for you.

How long your credits last depends on the option you choose. Subscription credits stay active for the same period as your subscription, while one-time credit packs last for 3 months from the date of purchase. Monthly plan credits do not roll over by default, and unused credits are not carried into the next billing period unless clearly stated otherwise.

Yes, you can buy multiple credit packs. Each purchase keeps its own 3-month validity period, and each pack remains usable until it expires or all of its credits have been used.

In general, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions or credit packs. If you experience an issue such as credit card fraud or you have not used the service, please contact support@imagistudio.art and we will do our best to find a fair solution. See our Refund Policy for more details.

All paid plans, including both subscriptions and credit packs, include commercial usage rights so you can use your generated images for business purposes. The Free plan does not include commercial usage rights.

NSFW and adult content are not allowed on the platform under any plan. We reserve the right to remove this content and take appropriate action if it is found.

Yes. You can start with free access to explore the product, try image generation, and get a feel for the workflow before moving to a paid plan. New users also receive 10 free credits after signing up.
