AI Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to create, edit, request, or distribute:

• Sexual, explicit, nude, pornographic, or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, abuse, dismemberment, or content that glorifies serious physical harm.
• Hateful, dehumanizing, discriminatory, or violence-inciting content targeting protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual use of a real person’s likeness, or impersonation of a real person, brand, or institution.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

Terrorist or extremist propaganda, mass-casualty or weapons instructions, fraud, scams, false identity documents, malicious deception, harassment, spam, and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.

2. Zero-Tolerance Categories

CSAM, sexual exploitation of minors, terrorism, mass-violence or weapons instructions, incitement to genocide, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes involving real people are blocked or removed immediately. We may suspend or terminate associated accounts and preserve, report, or disclose evidence when required by law.

3. Content Moderation

• Server-side automated rules screen prompts before generation for adult sexual content, child-safety risks, face swaps and deepfakes, graphic violence, and hateful content.
• Disabled high-risk tools are blocked in both the website and generation API and cannot be restored by changing a browser request.
• We respect safety restrictions and refusals returned by our AI service providers and do not bypass them.
• Generated content is private to the user by default and is not automatically published publicly.
• Content identified through automated rules, user reports, or security signals may be reviewed manually.

4. Reporting Prohibited Content

Use our contact and reporting form and select “Report Prohibited Content,” or email support@imagistudio.art. Include the page URL, Generation ID, category, explanation, and screenshots when available. We protect report information and prioritize child safety, credible threats, and other severe risks. We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports within 5 business days.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, impact, and repetition, we may refuse generation, remove content, issue a warning, limit features or credit use, suspend an account, permanently terminate access, or report conduct when legally required. Severe violations may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.

6. Appeals

If you believe content or an account was restricted in error, contact support@imagistudio.art within 14 days and provide the account email, relevant Generation ID, and grounds for appeal. Where practicable, someone not involved in the original decision will review the appeal.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy to reflect product, safety, or legal changes. Questions can be sent to support@imagistudio.art.
