• Credits have been used or paid features have been accessed.
• Credit packs have expired.
• Renewal charges occur because a subscription was not canceled before renewal.
• The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

4. Quality and Satisfaction

AI generation is experimental. We do not offer refunds solely because you are unsatisfied with the aesthetic quality or artistic style of a generated image.

To request a refund, email support@imagistudio.art with the purchase email, order number, and reason for the request.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
